The C.A.P.S. Presentation
I’m excited about the possibility of bringing my presentation to your city and school! My album is entitled “C.A.P.S.” which is an acronym for Celebrating All Persevering Students. This album was inspired by the research of Dr. Carol Dweck and it promotes her findings on the growth mindset. The underlining theme of our presentations is perseverance. Throughout this tour, I will be speaking and performing for students and educators to promote the value of a growth mindset and perseverance.

During my presentation, I will be discussing several growth mindset concepts that are embedded in the lyrics of the C.A.P.S. album. “The Power of Yet”, “The Power of Mistakes” along with “The Famous mindset” are a few concepts that will be covered. To capture the attention and hearts of your students, the presentation is high energy, insightful and inspiring. Students will have a great time dancing, singing and learning concepts that will benefit them not only in the classroom but in life as well. This hour long presentation will leave students encouraged, empowered and inspired!
To conclude the presentation, a dedication to the teachers will be done because they too deserve to be celebrated!

The upbeat tempo, and positive messages of the songs shared at Northview from the CAPS tour have stuck with our students.
